Wyvern MotoSports Update - 1/22/07 |
Now
three races into the 2007 supercross season, Wyvern
Motosports has been seen in all night shows and
2 Main Events! Cole and Leighton have been practicing
like crazy getting their lap times down.
Daryl
will start riding this Friday, after a crazy gettoff
four weeks ago at our training facility. The crash
left him with a bent up bike and torn meniscous
in his right knee. He is recovering quickly and
is going to be ready for the East Coast Lites.
Leighton
has been doing better and better every week. His
lap times have been getting faster, starts have
been getting better and is gaining more and more
confidence out on the track. Only crashing and
bad starts have been holding Leighton back from
making a Main Event!
Cole
Siebler has been improving with every race we
go to. He had to take a week off to let a broken
finger heal after being landed on last week in
Phoenix. Cole finished the best he has finished
with a 14th in the Main Event! He keeps impressing
us every time he enters the track!
The
guys have been working with Jay Whiple MX Schools
to improve on starts, line selection, corners,
etc., and it seems to have worked! On behalf of
Team Wyvern, we would like to say thanks to all
of our 2007 sponsors: Mirada Petroleum, DeVol
Engineering, Carl's Cycle Sales, AXO, Utopia Optics,
Pivot Works, Hot Rods, Hot Cams, White Brothers,
Tom Morgan Racing, Maxima Oils, K&N Filters,

News!-
Wyvern at the 2007 Supercross
Series
Wyvern Motosports came out swinging at the opening rounds
of the 2007 Supercross series. Our riders were ready as
well as the bikes. Thanks to support of our sponsors, we
presented ourselves as a force to be reckoned with in the
upcoming Supercross season. With two out of our three riders
making main events at both opening rounds, Cole Siebler
now sits in 14th place in the AMA World Supercross points.
Our lites rider, Daryl Ecklund, had two consistent weekends
placing 17th at Toronto, and 16th at Vancouver, putting
himself in a good position to start off the season! Going
to the opening rounds gave Team Wyvern an excellent perspective
on what to expect and strive for over the next six months.
On
behalf of Team Wyvern, we would like to say thanks to all
of our 2007 sponsors: Mirada Petroleum, DeVol Engineering,
Carl's Cycle Sales, AXO, Utopia Optics, Pivot Works, Hot
Rods, Hot Cams, White Brothers, Maxima Oils, MB1 Suspension,
Hinson, Pro Wheel, Fasst Company, Galfer Braking Systems,
Brotherhood Industries Misfit, SCR Graphics, UFO Plastics,
Bell Helmets, Tag Metals, Sidi Boots, Weapon MX, ASV Inventions,
Team Hawg, and Dr. Bruce Jacobs. For complete updates and
current news on our rider’s and our team, come visit

- Boardstock XI
Lance's
second year out to Boardstock went well. "I had a blast,
riding 6 demos with Jeff "OX" Kargola, Todd Potter,
Garret Ahlf, and Jonny Ebenal. We all killed it with whips,
tricks, and OX doing his flip. And with Boardstock being
the fifth biggest water event of the year there was a huge
croud to show off in front of. In the end everyone went
home safely and was happy with how the weekend went. I would
like to thank Wyvern Motosports for getting me up there
and Shane Trittler for setting up the show." |

outdoor track, and unbelievable trails. I would like to
put out a special thanks to Brian Manley, Scott Price, and
my entire Family for coming out and making this whole thing
possible. Check out the pictures, to only see the beginning
of my whole new training facility. |
